So, I wouldn’t call myself the greatest writer, I guess that’s why I’ve never gotten into the blogging scene, but as I grow in my “career” as a video/motion media designer and ministry here at NewSpring I see some value in documenting my thoughts and ideas and processes as I go.  To kind of start off, I want to post a series of “Thank You’s” to people who have helped and continue to help shape me as a designer and as a man.  The first person I want to write to is the most important person in my life, my incredible wife, Maryclayre.

Dear Mary,

Thank you for putting up with the craziness of my job and me being in the ministry.  The dinner runs in between classes while I was in school, the late night hours of animation, the late night hangouts while I set up renders!  (Thanks for understanding what a render is)  Thanks for letting me live my dream of doing what I love!  Thanks for moving half-way across the country with me while I finish school, and then to the middle of South Carolina, for my job.  Thanks for understanding that God has a plan for us and that no matter what it is, we’re in it together.  Thanks for lifting me up when I’m at my lowest and for bringing me down when I get a big-head.  Thanks for being the incredible mother and wife that you are!  Thank you for your heart for God and for always putting others before yourself.  Thanks for going on this crazy adventure called life with me, I couldn’t do it without you!

I love you!
